South Orange County Community College District includes 26 cities and towns that stretch from Tustin to San Clemente, both along the coast and inland. The District includes beautiful older communities and master planned developments with a wide variety of home choices and excellent schools. In addition to our two colleges, the area is home to several renowned universities such as the University of California, Irvine and Chapman University. Mild winters and bright, sunny summers make for an ideal climate all year long with an average temperature of 70 degrees. The average annual rainfall for Orange County is 10-14 inches.

Saddleback College has K-12 partnerships with Saddleback Valley Unified School District and Capistrano Unified School District and Irvine Valley College has K12 partnerships with Irvine Unified School District and Tustin Unified School District.
With 26 municipalities, there are numerous chambers and economic development agencies. Orange County Business Council and South Orange County Economic Coalition also partner with our higher education institutions to address skills gaps and develop economic growth for the region.
