Here are a few resources about our organizational reporting as well as institutional effectiveness and accreditation. Other helpful resources are included under Budget and Planning.

Organizational Structure
The district is structured with centralized services at District Services and other services decentralized at the colleges. This organizational chart shows managers and administrators reporting to the chancellor.

Institutional Effectiveness
The district maintains institutional effectiveness data that is readily available to all employees and the public. Reports are compiled annually and presented to the board. Annual reports summarize data on student demographics, instruction offerings, achievement, workforce development/career technical education, transfer rates and employee headcount by college.

The California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office maintains a Student Success Scorecard on every community college in California.

Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College are accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC), a branch of Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) which accredits community and junior colleges. Accreditations were reaffirmed for both colleges in February 2017. A complete history of accreditation efforts and actions can be found on the Saddleback College Accreditation Site and the Irvine Valley College Accreditation Site.
