Business Services - Payroll

The Payroll Department oversees:

• payroll processing for Saddleback College, Irvine Valley College, ATEP, and District Offices;
• payment and reporting of payroll taxes and retirement;
• audits, processes, and adjusts of retirement calculations;
• post and maintains all employee leave balances;
• Schools First Federal Credit Union is our third party vendor
  • processes all 403b & 457b tax deferred products;
• unemployment reporting and worker’s compensation payment adjustments; and
• retirement counseling (PERS & STRS)
• verification of employment
• issuance of W-2’s

Office Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
