
TUSTIN, CA – The South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD) is pleased to announce the ground lease development of two new parcels at the Advanced Technology & Education Park (ATEP), marking a significant milestone in the district’s commitment to workforce development, innovation, and educational excellence.
The parcels will be developed by Victory AI Academy, LLC and Top Tennis Management, Inc., expanding ATEP’s offerings to include a K-12 private school with dormitories and a tennis academy featuring dormitories and tennis courts. These projects align with SOCCCD’s vision to foster a dynamic learning environment by bringing in world-class educational opportunities with educational partnerships.
Victory AI Academy, LLC plans to develop a 268,000-square-foot facility, including 90,000 square feet of dormitories and 250,000 square feet for athletic fields across 27.4 acres. This expansion will provide a comprehensive residential learning environment for K-12 students, equipping them with the resources necessary for academic success.
Top Tennis Management, Inc. is set to establish an educational facility, dorms, and world-class tennis courts on 10.31 acres, with 135,000 square feet dedicated to training and housing student-athletes and 92,000 square feet for tennis/pickleball courts. This project will enhance ATEP’s role as a hub for both academic and athletic excellence.
