South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD) is known throughout Southern California to be one of the top community college districts in the region. The district includes award winning colleges — Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College and the ever-growing ATEP campus at Tustin Legacy Park.
SOCCCD has contributed to the quality of life and economic vitality of the community through our mission to provide excellent education and career training to generations since 1967. Collectively, faculty and staff work to provide an equitable and inclusive environment that prioritizes the student experience and helps students to achieve their academic and professional goals.
SOCCCD students are diverse, comprised of new and returning students, recent high school grads and Emeritus. They are local and international, who take classes in-person and online. Our students span many cultures, races, and ethnicities — LGBTQIA+, multilingual, veterans, and everyone in between.
