The SOCCCD Women's Council is an employee-led Resource/Affinity Group aimed at assisting classified professionals, faculty, and administrators who identify as female find connections and support within our District community. We approach our work holistically by focusing on the physical, emotional, mental, social and educational aspects of our members’ lives. The Women’s Council will advocate for, mentor, and support women working in the South Orange County Community College District and aim to cultivate and help to ensure a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
